Product Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

When Can you ask for return, replace or exchange?
a) Change of mind: For absolutely no reason.
b) If you don’t like the quality.
c) If the product is damaged or defective.
d) If the size is wrong.

Replacement/Exchange Policy:


If you face any issues (size, damage, defect, etc.), you can request a replacement within 3 days of delivery. Replacement/exchange is only applicable to regular items, not discounted ones. Once the request is approved, send the product back to Hello Junior's warehouse at your own cost. Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. After quality checks, the replacement/exchange product will be shipped. For replacements/exchanges, no refund is issued. If a product is not eligible for replacement/exchange (e.g., out of stock), you can return it within the specified window for a refund. For damaged and defective goods customer must provide photographic evidence in order to expedite the resolution process.


Return & Refund Policy


In the case of returns, the refund process starts after receiving the product at Hello Junior’s warehouse and completing quality checks. Refunds are made via Bkash. Ensure the product is unused, with tags, in original packaging. Customers must return the product using a courier service at their own responsibility to the warehouse.

The refunded amount will be credited to your Bkash account. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. The total refunbd process may take upto 10 days. In case of Partial return, only the product returned will be refunded.
If the product returned are damaged, without original packaging and tags then no refund shall be made. If refund amount is over 20000 Taka, the refund will be transmitted through banking channel.


Product Checking Policy


If you want to check the product during delivery, pay a delivery charge of 80 TK inside Dhaka and 120 TK outside Dhaka before opeing the parcel.
if you want to return or not accept the parcel, please ensure the product is unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include all freebies with a copy of the original invoice.


Cancellation Policy


hellojunior.xyz aims to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you want to cancel the order, we will assist you. You can cancel the order of your purchased product in the following ways.
a) You can cancel the order before your purchased product is shipped.
b) If the delivery of the product is completed, there will be no chance of canceling the order of the product.
c) You must contact us within 72 hours for return.
d) To cancel an order for your purchased product, log in to your hellojunior.xyz account and go to the details page under "My Account". Now identify the order you want to cancel and click on the "Cancel Order" link. Now indicate the reason for cancellation and confirm the reason for order cancellation. This process will be completed as soon as your cancellation request is submitted. Once the cancellation process is complete, an order cancellation mail will be sent to your shipping email address or mobile.
e) hellojunior.xyz reserves the right to cancel your order at any time due to unavoidable reasons even after order confirmation. In this case, if you have paid the advance price, hellojunior.xyz will refund your advance payment according to the refund policy.
